iChatClips.com ("the Website") is owned and operated by iChat Media Solutions Inc. ("Parent Company"). This Privacy Policy sets out the Company's policies relating to the collection and use of your Personal Information while using the website. By accepting this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions, you expressly consent to our use and disclosure of your personal information in the manner prescribed in this Privacy Policy.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT:
Our primary goal in collecting personal information is to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. This allows us to provide services and features that most likely meet your needs and to customize our service to make your experience easier.

2.1 All Site Users
a. Whenever users (including guests / non-members) visit the Website, our servers may collect information such us your browser type, the referring URL, IP address, number and name of pages viewed, date and time of the visit, and the entry and exit URL. This information will help us track our user’s movements around our site and understand trends only.

b. We may assign your computer "one or more cookies" which may collect information to facilitate access to our website and to personalize your online experience. This will not identify you personally but it will identify your computer.

c. We use a third party advertising company, to serve ads on our behalf across the Internet. The third party may also collect anonymous information about your visits to our Web site. This is primarily accomplished through the use of a technology device, commonly referred to as a Web beacon or an action tag, which we place on various Web pages within our Web site or in an html e-mail that allows Atlas DMT to collect anonymous information. Atlas DMT may use information about your visits to this and other Web sites in order to provide ads about goods and services of interest to you.

2.2 Site Members
When you sign up for a membership, iChatClips.com will collect personal information about you in order for you to upload and share your video clips. The information will include your email address and a password, which is used to protect your account from unauthorized access.

2.3 Special Note on Children / Minors
Only children 13 years old and above can used this iChatClips. If you are below 13 years of age, please wait until you become one for you to start using iChatClips.

2.4 Content Uploaded to Site. Any personal information or video content that you voluntarily disclose online (on discussion boards, in messages and chat areas, within your playback or profile pages, etc.) becomes publicly available and can be collected and used by others.

3. USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
• If you submit personally identifiable information to us through the iChatClips web site, we will use your personal information to operate, maintain, and provide to you the general and personalized features and functionality of the iChatClips site, and to process any flagging activity or correspondence you send to us.

• Your account name (not your email address) is displayed to other Users when you upload videos or send messages through the IChatClips Sites and other Users can contact you through messages and comments. Any videos that you submit to the IChatClips Sites may be redistributed through the internet and other media channels, and may be viewed by the general public. If you have enabled Active Sharing, other users may see that you, as identified by your account name (not your email address), are watching the same video.

• We do not use your email address or other personally identifiable information to send commercial or marketing messages without your consent or except as part of a specific program or feature for which you will have the ability to opt-in or opt-out. We may, however, use your email address without further consent for non-marketing or administrative purposes (such as notifying you of major IChatClips Site changes or for customer service purposes).

• We use both your personally identifiable information and certain non-personally-identifiable information (such as anonymous user usage data, cookies, IP addresses, browser type, etc.) to improve the quality and design of the iChatClips Sites and to create new features, promotions, functionality, and services by storing, tracking, analyzing, and processing user preferences and trends, as well as user activity and communications.

• We use cookies, clear gifs, and log file information to: (a) store information so that you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit the iChatClips Sites; (b) provide custom, personalized content and information; (c) monitor the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns; (d) monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, pages viewed, etc.; and (e) track your entries, submissions, and status in promotions, sweepstakes, and contests. If you download the iChatClips Video Uploader, your copy of the Video Uploader includes a unique application number. The unique application number and information about your installation of the Uploader (e.g. version number, language) will be sent to iChatClips when the Uploader automatically checks for updates.

5. Information that is Publicly Available
• When you create an account on the site, some information about your account and your account activity will be provided to other Users of the site. This may include the date you opened your account, the date you last logged into your account, your age (if you choose to make it public), the country and the number of videos you have watched.

• Your account name (not your email address) is displayed to other Users when you engage in certain activity on the site, such as you upload videos or send messages through the iChatClips Site. Other Members can contact you through messages and comments.

• You may also choose to add personal information that will be visible to other Members on your channel page (which is the public facing page for your account on the site). This may include a profile picture, you name, gender, relationship status, or other details.

• If you choose to add certain features to your channel page, then these features and your activity associated with these features will be displayed to other Users and may be aggregated and shared with your confirmed friends or other Users. Such shared activity may include what videos you favorite, what videos you rated and what videos you have uploaded.

• Any videos that you submit to the iChatClips Sites may be redistributed through the internet and other media channels, and may be viewed by the general public. If you have enabled Active Sharing, other users may see that you, as identified by your account name (not your email address), are watching the same video.

6. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
Due to the existing regulatory environment, we cannot ensure that all of your private communications and other personally identifiable information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. When your personal information is disclosed, iChatClips.com will make sure that you are made aware of such disclosure.

6.1 When your Information is Disclose
Advertisers. We aggregate (gather up data across all our members' accounts) personally identifiable information and disclose such information in a non-personally identifiable manner to advertisers and other third parties for other marketing and promotional purposes. However, in these situations, we do not disclose to these entities any information that could be used to identify you personally. Certain information, such as your name, email address, password, credit card number and bank account number, are never disclosed to marketing advertisers. We may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads on our behalf. These companies may employ cookies and action tags (also known as single pixel gifs or web beacons) to measure advertising effectiveness. Any information that these third parties collect via cookies and action tags is completely anonymous.

External Service Providers. There may be a number of services offered by external service providers that help you use our Websites. If you choose to use these optional services, and in the course of doing so, disclose information to the external service providers, and/or grant them permission to collect information about you, then their use of your information is governed by their private policy.

Other Corporate Entities. We share much of our data, including personally identifiable information about you, with our parent and/or subsidiaries that are committed to serving your online needs and related services, throughout the world. Our parent and/or subsidiaries will follow privacy practices no less protective of all members than our practices described in this document, to the extent allowed by applicable law. It is possible that We and/or its subsidiaries, or any combination of such, could merge with or be acquired by another business entity. Should such a combination occur, you should expect that we would share some or all of your information in order to continue to provide the service. You will receive notice of such event (to the extent it occurs) and we will require that the new combined entity follow the practices disclosed in this Privacy Policy.

Legal Requests. We cooperate with law enforcement inquiries, as well as other third parties to enforce laws, such as: intellectual property rights, fraud and other rights. We can (and you authorize us to) disclose any information about you to law enforcement and other government officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate, in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activity that is illegal or may expose us or you to legal liability.

7. Control of Your Password
You are responsible for all actions taken with your login information and password. Therefore we do not recommend that you disclose your iChatClips.com password or login information to any third parties. If you choose to share this information with third parties to provide you additional services, you are responsible for all actions taken with your login information and password and therefore should review each third party's privacy policy. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personally identifiable information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately change your password.

8. Other Information Collectors
Except as otherwise expressly included in this Privacy Policy, this document only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you. To the extent that you disclose your information to other parties, whether they are on our Websites or on other sites throughout the Internet, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of the information you disclose to them. To the extent that we use third party advertisers, they adhere to their own privacy policies. Since iChatClips.com does not control the privacy policies of the third parties, you are subject to ask questions before you disclose your personal information to others.

9. Security
iChatClips.com uses industry standard practices to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal identifiable information, including "firewalls" and Secure Socket Layers. iChatClips.com treats data as an asset that must be protected against loss and unauthorized access. We employ many different security techniques to protect such data from unauthorized access by members inside and outside the company. However, "perfect security" does not exist on the Internet.

10. COMPLAINT HANDLING PROCESS

10.1 Complaint
If you believe that we have used or disclosed your Personal Information in a manner which is contrary to this policy, then you should file your complaint and send it to us using through the contact us form.

10.2 Our Response
Within 30 days of receipt of your complaint form we shall notify you in writing as to what action we propose to take in relation to your complaint and shall provide you with details of what further action you can take if you are not satisfied with our response.

11. Notice
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time based on your comments and our need to accurately reflect our data collection and disclosure practices. All changes to this policy are effective after we provide you with at least (30) days notice of changes by sending email to members. We provide you with (30) days notice to allow you the opportunity to notify iChatClips.com if you do not agree to such changes.
